Infrastructure

Built on ground we own

The API, SMTP relay and automations all hand mail to the same place: our own mail servers, sending from our own IP space. The people who run it are the people you email.

Our servers, our IPs

We operate the mail servers and the IP ranges they send from. We warm the pools and watch their reputation.

Transactional only

Password resets, receipts and alerts. No marketing or cold email goes out on our IPs, so your mail shares the pool with mail like it.

Isolation when you need it

Move to dedicated IPs, or a dedicated server, when your volume or compliance needs it. Same API, no code changes.

Our team has run MTAs at scale and has worked with Google Postmaster and Spamhaus directly. When deliverability needs attention, the people who fix it already know how.
